Terms of Service

Master Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services — including full interior and exterior detailing, interior cleaning and revamps, and professional exterior washes — at your home or office in and around Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Peoria, Glendale, Paradise Valley, Litchfield Park, Avondale, and surrounding areas. We bring our own water, power, and equipment. Submitting a form is a request for a quote or booking — it does not create a binding contract until we confirm the appointment and details with you directly.

Prices, offers, and promotions shown on this site are estimates and may change based on the condition, size, and specifics of your vehicle. Any special offer is subject to availability and the terms stated with it. Most detailing packages start at $150, with exterior-only washes priced below that. We will confirm final pricing with you before any work begins.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the time to another customer. There is no cancellation fee when you give us reasonable notice. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, staffing, or circumstances outside our control.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and common digital payment apps.

By submitting your phone number and email, you agree that Master Mobile Detailing may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email regarding your request, appointment, and related offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link. We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with any part of your detail, let us know within 48 hours of the appointment and we'll come back and make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the workmanship of the service performed and does not cover pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that cannot be corrected by detailing.

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Mobile Detailing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
